More about me- Genesis Interiors

I am the owner and principle designer of Genesis Interiors which was started in 2003.
As an Interior Designer, I specialize in the planning of the interior elements for design both in residential homes and commercial buildings. My aim is to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, efficient and safe, and enhance the quality of the working and/or living environment.
I have an eclectic style that includes Contemporary, Traditional and Transitional to name a few. I pride myself with listening skills and and the ability to implement my clients wants and needs.

The Initial consultation:
Developing an assessment of your personal style, color preference and goals for the project.
Discovering the mood and effect you want to achieve.
Establishing a budget that includes all foreseeable expenses.

A plan for reusing existing furniture and accessories.
A recommendation for floor and wall treatments.
A plan for interior finishes.

Summer Night

Calm I know

Fresh rain falls on my face. The wind swirls past as I am now safe inside. Nothing to harm no need to hide. There is potential to drown in waves of life but I run to a higher ground. A wave seems to threaten the comfort I've known but I'm able to seal the path that it's in. The fear and destruction all pass along as I am sheild by protection, safe and calm within.

A night remembered

I lay silent in the night and hear the rustling of the wind out my window. The seasons come and go and I now feel his breath- fresh upon my face. A new season is entering as the old is slipping away from me. I try to hold on to the time that was spent but know that the memories are all that are left. I know understand more then before a way to express who I am in the Lord.

Meditation of my heart

Today I sing a simple song of praise. I thank you for the daily bread you gave. And as I gaze upon the majesty of the things that you have made, I sing my simple song of praise.
I cry Holy, Holy, Holy is your name.
